WASHINGTON Backcountry ski courses
Are you looking to explore all of the wild snow the Pacific Northwest has to offer. The Mountain Bureau offers a series of backcountry ski courses suited for skiers of all levels. Weather you are just starting to earn your turns, wanting to strike out on multi-day adventures, or looking to ski the steep and narrow, our team of professional are ready to help you reach your goals.

WASHINGTON SPLITBOARD courses
This is the most extensive Split Boarding program in the country. Designed by local riders, this progression allows you to explore all of the wild snow in Pacific Northwest and the greater ranges next door. The Mountain Bureau offers a series of Splitboard courses suited for riders of all levels. Weather you are just starting to earn your turns, wanting to strike out on multi-day adventures, or looking to ride the steep and narrow, our team of professional are ready to help you reach your goals.

WASHINGTON Rock courses
The Mountain Bureau offers a variety of Rock Climbing courses, for all skill levels, in the most beautiful locations the Pacific Northwest has to offer. All courses are taught by AMGA trained professional instructors who want to help you meet your goals. Courses can be taken in or out of sequence, one at a time, or combined in one of our “Camps”. We have scheduled courses and also offer custom courses, so please contact us and we will be happy to design a course that fits your needs.

WASHINGTON avalanche courses
The Mountain Bureau offers a three-part program in “Decision Making in Avalanche Terrain” for people who enjoy winter recreation in the backcountry. The curriculum for this program is designed by The American institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE) and adheres to the recommended guidelines set by The American Avalanche Association. Our Instructors are former pro patrollers, pro skiers, and have a background as avalanche forecasters and AMGA ski guides or IFMGA American Mountain Guides.
